Stroller Strong

Bring your baby with you and get your sweat on!  These classes are outdoors (weather permitting), so dress baby accordingly!  New moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have received clearance to resume exercising from their care provider.  Pregnant mamas, partners and care givers are welcome, too!
