Research shows that people who use a birth doula have higher satisfaction rates, more vaginal births, less interventions, shorter labors and more. I would be honored to support you as you meet your baby!
I am a certified birth doula and have supported families as they meet their baby at a number of local hospitals including Saint Anthony's Community Hospital in Warwick, Garnet Hospital in Middletown, NY, NY Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortlandt, Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ, Hackensack Hospital, Good Sam in Suffern, Vassar in Poughkeepsie and Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ. Thanks for checking out my birth services! It would be an honor to support you as you prepare to meet your baby.
I am a Mama myself but fell in love with birth before I had my own children. Giving birth can be such a wonderful, empowering experience. My goal is to help you have an amazing experience - from bump to baby. I am a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Evidence Based Birth® Instructor and also offer labor support as a DONA certified Birth Doula! Once baby arrives, I want to help you find your village. Parenthood is a beautiful, fun journey but community support makes such a difference! I will do my best to connect you with resources to make your transition smoother.
If you're a Birth Professional, you're aware how important it is to stay current with new research. I'm committed to spreading Evidence Based care and I'm so excited to be offering continuing education opportunities for Birth Professionals!
